We were the opening act for the choir's summer musical, and after the fright of seeing the crowd, it was lots of fun being a part of the show.

We visited the Grand Bay Convalescent Home for a sing-along with them.  A couple of our members made their singing debut.

Several members spent a fun September day at the Mississippi Pecan Festival in Richton.

In the meantime, we are getting ready for Christmas, with plans to visit Gordon Oaks and for a party with Roberts Chapel.

                  Look for us in Nashville!

November 11

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press.

It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech.

It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate.

It is the soldier, who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag,

And whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.
