Meet Our Staff

Rev. Ray Lane, Jr.
Pastor Ray serves as our full-time, paid pastoral minister. He leads and preaches for the weekly morning worship service, as well as other special services, like Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, and he teaches a weekly adult Bible study on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. He also provides spiritual direction and pastoral leadership through both group and individual counseling and by personal visitation in all settings. Ray was appointed to serve the Tanner-Williams United Methodist Church during the Annual Conference of the
Alabama-West Florida United Methodist Conference meeting June 3-6, 2007, at
Frazer United Methodist Church in Montgomery, AL.
Ms. Cherri Fussell
Cherri serves as our part-time, paid Music Director. She conducts a weekly choir practice in the Choir Room on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. and leads the choir in performing a weekly choral selection during the morning worship service. She also leads the congregation in hymn-singing during morning worship and other special worship services. Cherri is a self-employed voice and music instructor.
Mrs. Robyn Terry
Robyn serves as our part-time, paid Children's Ministries Coordinator. She coordinates volunteers for the weekly Children's Church and children's Sunday School classes, as well as other programs, like Vacation Bible School. She also plans and organizes a variety of fun activities for the kids, including the weekly Studio 8.2, which meets on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. Robyn's full-time job is medical transcriptionist.
Mr. Tony Allison
Tony serves as our part-time, paid Youth Ministries Coordinator. He plans and organizes all the youth ministry activities, including the twice-weekly youth meetings on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. and "Rockin' Wednesdays" at 6:00 p.m., as well as taking them on fun trips to Christian concerts and mission activities. Tony is retired from the U. S. Navy, after more than 20 years of active service.
